WHO HAS THE FASTEST 660’ MINIBIKE?
If the answer is ‘you,’ then you and your minibike are invited to the Inaugural GPS660 Minibike Drag Race, hosted by GoPowerSports. The GPS660 is a 660-foot minibike drag race that will be held at Yello Belly Drag Strip in Grand Prarie, Texas, on Sunday, May 19th, 2024. We will divide up the field into three separate race classes. Winner takes all. Sign up on Race Day to participate.
RACE CLASSES
Your minibike should fall into one of these three classes in order to race.

-Must be a "6.5" cast block (started as a 196, 200, 206, 212, 225 - Tillotson / Honda / Tecumseh / Briggs / etc.)
-236cc Max - cast block, cast cylinder head
-Must be started with a recoil starter; no starter boxes allowed
-Must be driven by a centrifugal clutch(disc/shoe), 20/30 series TAV, or Juggernaut
-Pump gas, methanol
-Buy in: $50

-Billet animal, billet flathead, big block, dual engine
-Single-cylinder engine only - cast and billet block allowed
-Must be driven by a centrifugal clutch (disc/shoe) or any torque converter
-Pump gas, methanol, fuel additives allowed
-Buy in: $100

-All bikes must be a minibike chassis
-No gearboxes in any class
-1/8th Mile (660 ft.)
-Pro Tree
-Due to time restraints, NO BUY BACK INS
-If you Red Light, you have lost the race
-Heads up racing
-Pre-tech will be done before races begin
-Functioning brakes
-All vents must terminate at a catch can
-Functioning kill switch and or tether line (dead man switch)
-Everything must be securely fastened, no loose or unsecured parts
-Clutch guard required
-Full-face helmet must be at least DOT-approved
-Jacket (preferably leather) or hoodie
-Full-length pants
-Gloves
-Boots or shoes covering the ankle
-Top 3 in Pull Start Small Block and Small Block Open must remove cylinder head for final tech inspection
